Each member of staff has been carefully selected for their genuine love of children.

Every child has a ‘Key Worker’ who maintains a detailed record of development and learning.

The legal requirement is that half of the staff in a Nursery must hold a formal childcare qualification. Independent Place Nursery exceeds this requirement, and is owned and managed by a fully qualified teacher with over twenty years professional experience.

Regular staff meetings are held. All staff undergo rigorous screening by Hackney Police and CRB (Ofsted). There is a professional appraisal system in operation to ensure staff development.
